SME in Key Standards: Our expertise covers critical accessibility standards, including Section 508, WCAG 2.2, ADA and Title II. Neida ensures alignment with WCAG 2.1 compliance and relevant organizational requirements, providing guidance that is both current and comprehensive.
Assistive Technologies Proficiency: We are proficient in the use of essential assistive technologies and screen readers such as JAWS, TalkBack, VoiceOver, and NVDA, allowing for thorough and user-centric accessibility testing.

Extensive Experience: With a background in ensuring state and federal government internal and external products are Section 508 and WCAG Compliant, Neida has guided teams on accessibility testing results, defect reporting, and verification for documents and applications. She collaborates effectively with developers and product owners, and meticulously documents Section 508 test plans, preparing and authoring ACRs and VPATs.
Quality Assurance Leadership: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, Neida ensured high-quality product releases and conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA minimum requirements. She also provided expert accessibility guidance to designers, product managers, developers, writers, and vendors. Her career roles have also focused on enhancing consumer experience through diligent feedback and comprehensive training.
Digital Design Foundation: Neida’s background as a Freelancer includes skills in graphic and web design, including WordPress Management and e-commerce web development, which provides a unique perspective on implementing accessible design from the ground up.
